Thai Fish Sauce originates from the coastal areas of Thailand where it was commonly made in the home for use in nearly every savoury Thai dish (before the eminence of Soy Sauce). Mai Siam Fish sauce is pungent fish based seasoning. Add a few drops of Mai Siam Fish Sauce to your cooking and it will make a real difference.
